The last version of RapidRouter , 4.1 , will go out this week. The next release will not come out for over a month. However, I still have a backlog of tasks that I need to get done. I’ve been meaning to get to these books for years, and I just never found the time. Today, I read that Daniel Oppenheimer has a book on the table. That’s awesome news because I haven’t heard of him before. His name is familiar but not enough to convince you that he is a reliable authority on programming. Catching Up When I started working on software I spent a lot of time reading everything I could get my hands on, primarily books, magazines, articles, and reviews on StackOverflow. Conclusion
OK, I’ll admit it; this post was a bit ambitious. With my ambitions of writing a book and also adding to the list of books I’ve read, I figured there would be 10 books or so. Instead, I could only come up with 10. For that, I apologize. I hope that the list has been interesting, and that it has helped you in some way. I highly encourage you to write your own list and/or to share the list with friends so that it can become even more complete. There are plenty of other interesting lists you can read on the Internet, such as a list of the most powerful books by Dilbert creator Scott Adams (he has way too many books to write about).
